Smart Tunisian Technoparks
Smart Tunisian Technoparks “S2T” is the first IT oriented Technoaprk in Tunisia, and a part of a national strategy for the development and promotion of scientific research, innovation and high added- value production.
S2T is an integrated environment suitable for the development of Startups, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as multinationals active in the ICT sector. Its main role is to welcome and support the development of activities combining high technology and high added value.








It is envisioned as a cornerstone of the local Entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem by providing an environment to accelerate the absorption of the individual and collective skills by the national and international IT market. It is in fact offering suitable environment through technology transfer mechanisms from multinationals to startups and national small and medium-sized enterprises, the sharing of resources, academia-business collaboration, or even participation in fairs and other thematic events, has helped to foster synergy with different actors in the Technopark.
Creation:
Smart Tunisian Technoparks “S2T” is a non-administrative public enterprise under the auspices of the Ministry of Communication Technologies, established per decree n°2019-352 of March 29, 2019 S2T was born from the merger of two recognized public entities: El Ghazala Technopark, founded in 2001, and CIFODECOM, active since 2000. ,
